当日予約でしたが、運良く予約できたので、2人で行きました。何を食べても美味しかったので、また利用したいです。

どうしてもここでしか食べられない、美味しいメニューがあるので、その季節には必ず行きます。 秋刀魚の肝醤油は、料理人さんが嫌になるほど丁寧に繊細に念入りに、手の込んだ工程で作られているだけあって、エアリーで大人で濃厚でめちゃめちゃ美味しいです。 お料理は洗練されてるのに、活気のある店内と大将の雰囲気もカジュアルで好きです。 私はカウンターが臨場感があって好きですが、座敷もあり、2階だと団体でもいけそうです。 顔が刺す人は2階の奥の手前席がおススメ(*≧∀≦*)

地元の方にお連れいただき、岡山の地のものを中心とした美味しい和食を頂きました。特にこちらのイチオシでもある鰆はあまり馴染みのない魚でしたが、塩たたきは絶品でした。それ以外にもポテトフライや店の名前を冠したコロッケなど、良い意味で期待を裏切ってくれました。 気さくな店主の接客も相まって大人がゆったりと肴を楽しみつつ飲むには良いお店だと思います。ご馳走様でした!????

幸市さん 2020年9月に 柳町から磨屋町に移転されました。お店をコンパクトにされたようです。会社の懇親会で伺いました。懐石のコース料理を戴きました。とても美味しかったです。

久々の宵呑みは師走第三週土曜日...人出が多いですね、忘年会開催率が一番高い日だと思います。やって来たのは磨屋町の「幸市」さん、移転後は初訪問になります。 店内は奥に長い構造、厨房とカウンター席、壁際の小上がり席が平行に延びます。小上がり席では威勢のよい乾杯音頭でビジネスマンの方が盛り上がっています。 突き出しをアテに麦酒で喉を潤します、真冬でも一杯目は冷えた麦酒が良いですね^^ 鰯梅煮はしっかり煮込まれて骨まで頂けます、味も濃厚で酒が進みます。穴子煮は繊細な味付け、軟らかい仕上げです。わさびが合いますね、焼海苔で巻いて芽ネギで頂きます。 造り盛り合わせは二人前、旬の魚が綺麗に並んでいます。厚みのある真蛸・しっとりした食感の鰆・甘い味わいの中トロが特に美味しく感じました。ポテサラはオーソドックスながら上質な味わいでした。この辺りで麦酒から焼酎湯割り(佐藤黒)に切り替えです。 幸市コロッケは名物ですよね、大きな貝殻の上に盛り付けされ焼かれています。外は香ばしく中はクリーミィ、蟹身も入ってレベルの高い逸品です。蓮根まんじゅうは茶漬け風だし汁の中に浮かんでいます、こちらも繊細は味わいで素朴な蓮根を堪能しました!! ここ2年ほど外呑みを自粛していましたので酒が弱くなりましたね、コロナで経済的な体質改善を成し遂げられたようです(*^^*)

食べログで高評価だったので、岡山での夜に利用しました。食材の希望を事前に伝えておいたところ、ふんだんに料理に取り入れてくれました。 コスパは非常にいいので5つ星にしたかったのですが、一点不満がありました。それは料理の説明がない点です。 自分の舌で料理を確かめるのは好きですが、ちゃんと食べる前に説明してほしいです。
