★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googleマップで高評価のお店だったのでお邪魔しました。店内に入ると先ず気になったのが大声で会話するお客さん。このご時世にマスクしてない状況で、コロナ前の居酒屋の様なうるささにビックリ…その時点で少しテンション下がりました。
今回頼んだのはステーキ400gのスープご飯セットとハンバーグ200gのスープご飯セット。
お肉は食べやすいサイズにカットされていて赤身肉。お肉自体は美味しかったですが、ご飯が黄ばんでいて少しカピカピ。とてもじゃないですがお店で出せる白米だとは思えません。それとニンニクとワサビを注文したのですが、ニンニクがステーキのど真ん中にべっしゃりとかけられていて途中で味変するつもりが殆どニンニク味に…
ニンニク頼んだのは私で、ニンニクが好物なので良いですが、ワサビと同様に別皿で持って来て欲しかったです。
スープは体感ぬるま湯程度だったので【体感40℃無い位】流石にもう少し温めて欲しかったです。
ハンバーグに関しては私は食べていないのでコメントは控えます。【ご飯は黄ばんでいてカピカピの所とモチモチの所がありました】
肝心の接客については1人接客に慣れて無さそうな方が居ましたが特段不満な点はありません。
お値段は上記2つのセットで¥4400でした。

I also ordered garlic and wasabi, but the garlic was sprinkled in the middle of the steak and I was going to change the taste on the way, but it almost tasted like garlic ...

The soup was about lukewarm water, so I wanted it to be warmed up a little more.

行った時、子供達用にハンバーグを150gにして頂きました!
ハンバーグはふわふわで肉汁が溢れて子供達もがっついていました!
大人はステーキにしましたが、すでにカットされていて食べやすく、凄く柔らかくていくらでも食べれるくらい美味しかったです!
またお祝い事の時には利用したいと思います。
子供達も今まで食べた外食で一番美味しかった!幸せ〜と大興奮でした!

こうした古い住宅街には時おり、どうしてこのクオリティと味で長年続けていられるのだろう、と首をかしげる飲食店が残っているものですが、この店もまさにその一つ。以前から気になっていたものの、なかなか足を運ばなかったのは、そんな予感がしたからです。市川大野駅近くにありますが、お店の上に覆いかぶさるように建屋があり、肝心のお店も自販機で半分隠れていて、営業しているのかどうかも分かりにくい目立たないお店です。
メニューは大きく分けて「牛一頭から”2kg"しか取れない柔らかい赤身の肉のステーキ」「黒麦牛肩ロースステーキ」「ハンバーグステーキ」です。「2kg」のステーキが若干高いのですが、どこの部位かはわかりません。今回はこれを注文してみました。
訪れたときは私たちも含め3組しかお客さんはいませんでしたが、ステーキが出てくるまで 20分くらいは待ちました。
途中でセットのコーンポタージュスープが出てきましたが、非常にぬるく、煮詰まったような味の濃さ。肝心のステーキは、最初からカットされていて、さらに真ん中にたっぷりとおろしニンニクがかかっていました。焼き方もミディアム・
レアとミディアムでまったく差はありませんでした。
ステーキソースは3種類あります。私は塩と胡椒で肉の味を楽しむのが好きですが、肝心の塩はなんと「アジシオ」、胡根も相当古そうです。しかし何しろこれだけおろしニンニクがかかっているので、もうニンニクの味しかしません。ニンニクの影響がない部分の肉は、とてもそんな希少な部位とは思えぬほど筋が強く、臭みの強い肉でした。付け合わせのポテトやコーンも普通に業務用の冷凍もので、特に特色はありません。
店内は、よくあるアメリカ西部風を狙っているようですが、ひとことで言うと汚いです。味のある汚さではなく、個人の飲食店にありがちな雑然とした物の置き方で、ごちゃごちゃしているうえに、ホコリが油でこびりついています。
このお店は以前、お好み焼き屋だったそうです。その名残か、テーブルの下を見るとガスのホースが残っています。居抜きなのか、オーナーが転業したのかは分かりませんが、いずれにしても、上記の通りステーキについて大したこだわりがあるようにはまったく思えません。わざわざ遠くから行く価値はないと思います。おススメできません。

I ordered 1st one this time which was slightly expensive than another.
There were only 3 group of customer when I visit, but it took more than 20 minutes till I can get it. The corn potage soup was served before it but not hot enough and taste was dense like it was boiled down. The steak was cut in advance and unfortunately grated garlics are on it... There are no difference between "Medium Rare" and "Medium".
They serve 3 type of steak source, but I like eat steak with only salt and pepper to enjoy taste of beef itself. However, they had only refined salt and old pepper. First of all, you can taste almost only garlic. When I tried to eat the meat without galic, I didn't think it was so rare part of beef; not so soft, sinewy and a little strong smell. Inside the restaurant was dirty with oil and dust. Items are put so in a mess and dust are piled with oil on them.
I heard this restaurant was Okonomi-yaki restaurant before. I have no idea it was bought by someone else or the owner changed his business to this steak house, anyway I could never feel the owner loves serving steaks. It is not worth visiting from far place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたのですが、やっとお邪魔する事が出来ました。
市川大野駅から徒歩なら6~7分
車なら2台分駐車場が有りますが向かいの店舗前にも停められるそうです。
日曜の夕飯時でもそれほど混んでいなくてすんなり入店、注文出来ました。
ここは、ステーキ、ハンバーグにアンガスビーフの赤身を使っています。
今回は悩んだ末、ハンバーグにしました。
程なく待つと到着、ビジュアルがほんとに美味しそう。
ビーフ100%赤身の繋ぎのほとんどないハンバーグは脂も肉汁も少なめだが、ひと口食べるととてもジューシーで肉々しい食感。
思わず、ウマッって声が出た。
ソースはオニオンソースとデミグラスが選べるが今回は定番のデミグラスにしましたが濃厚で肉とよく合う甘めのソース。
わさび醤油、オニオンソース、ガーリックソースも置いてあるのでお好みで味変も良いかな?
食べていて思ったのはここは普通のひき肉じゃなくて自分の所で叩いてるのかな?と思うくらい
肉々しい粗挽き感とランプの様な風味が普通と違うなと感じました。
コスパも良く本当に美味しかったのでこれからリピは確定のお店となりました。
1つ2つ気になったのは、接客の女の子が慣れてないのか無愛想なのか?もう少し元気あったら良かったかな?
あとは常連さんが来てたのか早く出て話がしたかったのか、コーンスープが人肌よりも温かった
熱々だったらもっと美味しかったかな?
まあ、これくらいはご愛嬌て事で。
次回は悩んだ末、今回食べられなかった一頭から2キロしか取れない部位と言うステーキで行ってみようかな?

You can choose onion sauce or demiglace as the sauce, but this time I chose the standard demiglace, but it is a rich and sweet sauce that goes well with meat.

I felt that the meaty coarse grind and the lamp-like flavor were unusual.
The cospa was good and it was really delicious, so Lipi has become a confirmed shop from now on.
