M	Mr T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてだったのでペペロンチーノを頂きましたが、美味しい。塩加減やパスタのもちもち感、のど越しが良い。お店のスタッフもとても感じが良くまた伺いたいと思います。次回はトマトソース系のものを食べてみたいです。メニューが多いので何度も行きたいお店です。 It was my first time so I had Peperoncino, but it was delicious. 近	近所の金魚 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年くらい前からあるスパゲッティ専門店です。むかしはよく利用させてもらっていましたが、長くご無沙汰していたところ、Tweetで見て懐かしく何度か伺うも休業日だったりとタイミングが悪くて、ようやく家人と訪問。ランチタイムを少しずらしましたが、賑わっていました。せっかくなので本日のランチメニューではなく、そろそろ季節も終わる牡蠣を選択。私は牡蠣とほうれん草のクリームソース、家人は牡蠣と白菜の和風スープ柚子胡椒風味にサラダとドリンクのセットで。実はこのサラダが美味！最近は酸味を抑えたドレッシングが主流？ですが、少し酸味がきいたドレッシングとシャキシャキの食感が絶妙。豆腐の甘味が引き立ちます。スパゲッティは、大粒の牡蠣がゴロッと入っています。なんと言えばいいのかな、良い意味でイタリアンではない日本のスパゲッティ。どちらかと言えばシンプルで家で作れそうに思うけれど、食べるとやっぱり違う。家人が言うには「スープパスタなのに最後までプヨッとならない」実は家人はネコ舌の持ち主なので、スープ系のスパゲッティはプヨプヨになってしまうのが常だそう? もちろん、それだけではないのだろうけど… ごちそうさまでした。 It is a spaghetti specialty store that has been around for about 30 years.
