M	MASATAKA “EZ” EZAKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直、他のクチコミに大変に期待して入ったのだが、料理人の女性(オーナー？)さんが、調理スペースでノーマスクでカウンターの馴染みのお客さんと、ずっと大声で喋っており、コロナ感染症対策以前の問題として、喋った飛沫(ま、唾ですな)が料理に舞散ったのは想像に難くない。げんなりして食べられなかった。いくらカウンターに感染症対策の衝立を立てても、意識が薄いので、この点が改善されないと2度目はないと考えている。ガラス張りで通りから見えるので改善されていたならば再訪を考える。 To be honest, I was very excited about other reviews, but the chef woman (owner?) C	Concierge V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に紹介されて入店しました。オーナーが現地に住まれていたのでイタリア通です。ちなみに女性シェフです。お喋りも好きな方という印象を持ちました。興味があればいろいろ話を聞いてみると学べることも多いと思います。イタリアンのジャンルの飲食店はお馴染みの大衆化したメニュー構成のお店が多いですが、こちらはおそらくオーナーシェフが1人で料理を作られるので個性が出ています。ワインは国際品種のものはおかないスタンスなのかな。イタリア品種のワインにこだわりをもって出されていると思います。好みを伝えると、それに合わせたワインを選んで出してくれます。個人的にはそのスタイルは好きです。料理もワインも知ってるものだと注文するものが決まってきちゃうので、シェフが勝負に出たもので楽しませてもらえます。こういうイタリアンのお店は須磨では珍しいんじゃないかな。おすすめです。 I was introduced by a friend and entered the store. What I love the most about this restaurant is not just the food but how welcoming the chef and her staff are. I share the love for wine with the incredible chef of Tesoro who is a licensed sommelier. She hand picks all the wines for her restaurant in yearly trips to Italy and she can make you fall in love all over again with wine when she comes and explains all there’s to know about each bottle.

She's warm, welcoming and makes the most delicious food using seasonal produce. Having worked in Italy for many years, she also speaks fluent Italian. I'm writing this review in English, but if you go, you'll need to know Japanese. Or Italian!
