R	Ryuji Fukui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロケーションとしては大阪駅（梅田）から近くて最高の場所です。若干繁華街の中なので、間違って行ってしまうと商店街や裏路地に入ってしまい最初にたどり着くまでに苦労しました。近くにカプセルホテルの大東洋があり男性なら宿泊、コンビニや食事をするところにも困らない快適に研修が受けられる場所だとおもいます。 It is the best location near Osaka Station (Umeda). f	firyon t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TKPはビジネスセンターというのが一番下のランクです。その他にカンファレンスセンターとかグレードがあります。ここはその一番下のところです。狭く古いビルです。普通に研修や説明会、会議で使う分にはOKだと思います。ただ場所がちょっと。裏はラブホ街、向かいはボートピアデリヘル嬢や乞食がうじゃうじゃ。帰りに酒に酔ったサラリーマンの親父に腕掴まれて遊ぼうやって言われました。怖かった。 The business center is the lowest rank in TKP.
