S	S H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客最低です。着席し飲み放題が始まって5分経過してもグラスが来ず0秒レモンサワーどころじゃありませんでした。また樽交換も5分近く待たされました。その間も飲み放題の時間はスタートされており謝罪も延長もありませんでした。流石に遅すぎるので店員さんに直接頼んだものの「タッチパネルで頼んでください」と何故か高圧的な態度で突き放されました。最終的にその旨を別の店員さんに伝えると時間は延長するとのことでしたが別の方に「時間なので出てください」と言われました。ただその5分ほど前に最後の料理が提供されてまだ焼いてる途中でした。延長もされておらず「この提供時間でこのお肉焼けますか？」と聞いたところ「無理ですね。キャンセルでいいですか？」とどうしても帰らせたい雰囲気で対応されました。責任者の方に対応してほしいと伝えたところ1番対応悪い方が責任者と言い張ったので諦めて退店しました。忙しいのはわかりますがもう少しマシな接客できなかったのかと残念な気持ちです。参考までにタッチパネルを使用した際の提供時間記載しておきます。グラス5分樽交換5分おしぼり5分お肉10分ライス20分(べちゃべちゃ) 紙エプロン90分 The customer service is the lowest.
