About 4 minutes walk near the station. Lunch meals are not a problem near restaurants and convenience stores. There are many coin parking lots around.

The air conditioning is comfortable, there are plasma clusters, and the chairs are comfortable to sit in and the environment is good. Above all, the staff at the venue are wonderful. It is a polite and complete response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ えきから、まあまあ近くて良いです。やや古いビルを改装した感じがあります。会議室として十分だと思いますが、換気のために窓を開けると電車の音が入るのは仕方ないですね。
From the beginning, it's okay to be reasonably close. It feels like a renovated old building. I think it's enough as a conference room, but if you open the window for ventilation, you can't help but hear the sound of the train.

グーグルマップで経路検索するとなぜか裏口を案内するので、そのまま入るとゴミ捨て場です。施設ホームページのアクセスマップを参照したほうが間違いがないと思います。
Conveniently located near Chiba Station. I thought the room was clean and good.
If you search the route on Google Maps, you will be guided to the back door for some reason, so if you enter as it is, it will be a garbage dump. I think there is no mistake in referring to the access map on the facility homepage.
