I applied from a major rental site, so if I thought I would receive an answer by email, I was able to get information by phone directly. I was surprised at first, but I liked the easy-to-understand explanation of the person in charge over the phone, so I made a reservation for a preview on the same day, although it was far away. While actually visiting the company and receiving explanations, we received proposals for properties other than the first choice, and decided on the proposed properties. It was my first time to look for a rental property on top of me, a rural person, and I was grateful for the kind and polite response to my ignorant questions. Above all, I was impressed not only by the personality of the person in charge, but also by the excellent customer service and the well-educated company.
