★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見事な栃木特有の売り側の上から目線。
揉め事は全て「大家さんに居住者が直接申告してくれ」と言うのに管理や仲介手数料などは徴収してる意味はわからないね。
ただ単に仲介だけなら大家さんと直接契約したい。
貸しっぱなしで、何もしません。
営業は自分で言ってた「問題案件は責任をもって対応します」って自分で発言してたけど、そもそも「責任という概念」が無いようです。
スタッフ間でも連携はなく伝言は伝わらない。
店長と思われる方も伝言を取り合ってくれない。
接客と不在で取り合って貰えないので店の前で電話したら席に座って、取り合わないような仕草をしてた。

キッチンのお湯は出ない。
シャワーのお湯は出ない。
電話してら建物が古いからとオウムみたいに繰り返し。
管理出来てない不動産屋が悪いのね。
今だに直してくれるメドもたってません。
賃料は1ヶ月分キッチリ取られましたよ。
こんな会社で賃貸をするのは、おすすめしません。
こんな最悪な所は初めてです。
