t	ton ton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの影響でホームフィットネスが早々に営業休止になったので、2カ月弱通いました。人口が多い。スタッフも少ないので勝手にやる感じ。マシンはインターバルの間も、他の人に譲るという謎のルールがありましたね。風呂とサウナは余り綺麗ではなく、やはり人が多いので余り快適ではありませんでした。施設はとても古い感じがしました。会費が安いのはいいですね。 Due to the influence of corona, home fitness was closed earlier, so I went there for less than two months. high population. m	masa nana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムは普通に綺麗だと思います。お風呂も一部クチコミにあるほど不潔には思えません。ただし、、、館内マスク無しでの会話は禁止されているにも関わらず、マスク無しで大声でお喋りをする中高年が大勢いるのが恐ろしいです。行くたびに必ず、スタッフの目の届かない更衣室やお風呂、プールでマスク無しで談笑する中高年に遭遇します。私はリスクタイプでは無いので感染が怖いという程でもないんですが、クラスターが出たら閉館になるだろうし、迷惑だなぁと思います。 I think the gym is usually beautiful. The bath doesn't seem as filthy as some reviews say. However, it is scary that there are many middle-aged and older people who talk loudly without masks, even though conversations without masks are prohibited in the hall. Every time I go, I encounter middle-aged and older people who chat without masks in the changing rooms, baths, and pools that the staff cannot see. I'm not a risk type, so I'm not afraid of infection, but I think it's annoying because it will be closed when a cluster appears.

J	JAM NYCER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for two and a half years. The place is nothing special and the gym floor is mostly dedicated to two yoga/belly dance/ martial arts rooms. There used to be two machines for almost everything - leg extension, chest press, etc but many of them were removed to make room for the new personal training area, so now there is just one machine each for almost all exercises. They then proceeded to raise the monthly fees! I pay about 13000 yen but I have no restrictions - daytime usage, nighttime, pool, sauna, etc are all included. They have way too much space taken up by treadmills so the actual weight training area is quite small and they will get mouthy if you stay too long on certain machines - even though there is no specific time limit written on certain machines and there is more than one of those types of machines. The staff are not really that polite and courteous as people may think (same goes for Japan in general). Many of them don't even bother to say hello and actively avoid seeing me when I come in. I think it's the 'gaijin' factor at play: some people don't like to see foreigners around them and many people outright dislike foreigners and hate it when you know how things are and aren't one of those ''Help-me-I'm-lost-and-I-can't-speak-Japanese" foreigners and don't need their help and can get around on your own just fine. Basically, I only go here because of the good proximity to the place I work and places I go. There seems to be a dearth of good gyms in this area for sure and the Tokyo area in general.
