★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにチキンエンチラーダ（税込み1080円，スープかドリック付き）を食べました。鶏のモモ肉をトルティーヤで包んで、溶かしたチーズをトッピング、サルサソースを皮の内外に振りかけてあります。じんわりと汗が滲んでくるからさです。同じ皿に酸味のある焼き飯（？）と，トルティーヤチップスの刺さったあんこが付きます。
月一回程度のライブがあるそうです。BGMはずっとクイーンがかかっていました。
来客向けにのWi-Fiが使えますが、パスワードを店の人に入力してもらう方式です。
店は２人で切り盛りしているので混雑時は提供に時間がかかるかも....という主旨のことがテーブルの上のポップに書いてありました。

量が少なめかなと思いましたが、意外と満腹になりました。お店の方も感じが良く、またぜひ行きたいと思いました。

提供までの時間はやや長めな方だが、味にこだわって作ってあるので美味しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東郷湖の湖畔沿いにある本格派メキシコ料理を気軽に楽しめるキッチン&バーです。食材もお酒も極力無添加にこだわっているそうです。お気に入りはソバ・デ・トルティーヤ！お手製サルサトマトスープの中にトルティーヤチップスがたっぷり。その上にアボカドやクリームチーズ、オニオンなどがほどよく散りばめられ、ひたひたになったチップのパリパリ&しっとり感とそれぞれ具材の相性が最高！！都心の人気店にも負けないお味です。そのほか色々とおススメです。メキシコのお酒も充実。もちろんライム入りのコロナビールも。お値段も非常に良心的！昼はランチもやってらっしゃるようです。
しゃれたBGMにメキシカンな店内の雰囲気はクールでお洒落。そこにさりげないアットホームさも溢れていて、なんだかくつろいでしまいました。立派なライブステージも併設されていてイベントなどもきっと楽しそう。老若男女問わず楽しめるおススメのお店だと思います。そしてスタッフの皆さんがとても優しくてご親切でなんだかそんな出会いもとっても嬉しかったです。鳥取で一番のお気に入りのお店になりました。ちなみに控えめな若店長は音楽をこよなく愛するプロミュージシャンとしての別の顔が。私の音楽談義に長々とお付き合いいただいてすみませんでした。とても楽しいひと時をありがとうございました。またお邪魔致します！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying at a hostel nearby and this seemed to be the only place open. When we arrived we were the only ones there and we were greeted by a nice older lady. The inside is very new and it has a really cool stage. We order an enchilada and tortilla soup and the food was great! Would recommend these dishes!
