T	Thomas Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've come to eat here, it's a bad scam. You have to order one drink to be able to eat, and the drinks are 450 yen! This was explained to us after we finished ordering everything we wanted and we had no choice other than to leave with a bad taste in our mouth. This is a terrible business practice that is borderline fraud. It is unacceptable. Regarding the food, it was a bit salty, and our "medium" patty was very well done, almost charred. We both ordered premium burgers (1,600 yen each) and were still forced to pay for one drink order. Overall, there is no value and it is impossible to enjoy a 450 yen can of soda. The burgers are semi-mediocre too. Please go somewhere else who will give you your money's worth.

I was expecting to get a good burger with fries, saw it was a bit expensive (around 1500yen) but most probably good quality. The place is actually nice. The real surprise was when Once sitted and ready to order we were told that we had to order a drink per person compulsory (around 500yen) and more than that pay a compulsory seat charge of 300 yen per person.. even for my young daughter. I went out of the restaurant paying around 6500 for one burger, one sandwich and one small pasta was plate (+small fries&drinks) Honestly felt robbed. Not worth the price for sure!!
T	Touge Rider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great decor and location with friendly staff! The burgers are tall, not wide but full of flavour and texture. One of Yokohama's better burgers. Great to stroll to from Minato Mirai, Yamashita Koen or China Town.
S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まじでケチ。 Staff is rude and requires you to buy extra things like mandatory drink, food, and even seat. Even if you are doing take out which requires an extra fee for the container. No wonder their store is empty, I find it difficult to believe they can stay in business. Owner even insults people on Google Maps reviews, unacceptable behaviour. Everyone else is wrong apparently, and they are the only ones right. Take your money elsewhere.
M	Matthew Parks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and good food. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and I have to say it was delicious! It was huge and had nice fresh lettuce and tomatoes on it. The thing that put it over the top was the onions. Staff was friendly but I was told as soon as I sat down I had to order a drink. I was already planning on ordering a soda but it was very strange to be told I have to order a drink to eat in the restaurant. I ordered a root beer and I received a can of A&W with a nice glass and ice. I will be back for sure to try some of the other menu items. They have an interesting mix of American diner food, Mexican, Hawaiian, and a few other things thrown in.

Unfortunately they didn't have any milkshakes anymore which was a huge bummer. A place like that should definitely always have ice or shakes available if that menu is so big.
B	Ben Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers are very good, but quite pricey. They don't have any lunch specials so it is better to go for dinner. Fries are just okay. Another big problem is a one drink order requirement, with all drinks costing 450 and up. Normally not too bad, but when most burgers cost 1600-2000 yen now it becomes a quite expensive meal. I think the saving grace are the shakes, which are phenomenal. Expensive at 1000yen, but worth the price. They are huge and tasty. Probably the best shake I've had in Japan. I would put the food a solid 4.5 stars, the experience overall at 3.5. Probably won't come again unless it's for a shake
