120 yen for 30 minutes, no upper limit set. I stopped for four and a half hours and it was 1080 yen. It might have been better to park it somewhere else in the neighborhood.

住民票くらいなら上柚木行った方が良いですよ。あちらは駐車場無料ですから。
I used it when using the city hall. There is no parking service at the city hall. Please be careful. If you use the clinic or pharmacy, you can get a service ticket.
It's better to go to Kamiyugi if it's about a resident's card. There is no parking lot there.
