★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イトーヨーカドーも入っている駅前のビルです。この12年間に携帯ショップもソフトバンクショップも合鍵を作るお店もハンバーグのお店も軒並み撤退して、なかなか商売には厳しい環境です。さらにコロナ禍で、自転車ショップも閉店に追い込まれてしまいました。撤退したスペースには、今のところ別のテナントが順次入ってますが、この先はどうなることやら。

各店舗が密接してると言えば聞こえがいいかな。
建物自体の作りが若干古さを感じさせるけど、こういう作りが好みの方には買いまわりが楽しいかと。
