The manager just said no and I spent half an hour traveling back to my hotel and back to the car rental place to pass him my documents. I thought he needed to verify the authenticity or something, but all he did was to take it for 30seconds and photocopy it. I mean, what is the difference between a photo and photocopy? Worse still, I was told that my car would be on the 8th floor, but when I went up, there was no one. I went down and was told that it was on the rooftop instead. Car was old and worn, and I think the worst part of my experience that took the cake was that even though they made a mistake of misguiding me to the wrong floor, there was ZERO APOLOGY. That was unbefitting if any service standard.
