まず電話応対がひどい。今回はウメガキという女性。言葉遣い、話し方、全てザツ。「自分でお探しくださーい。分かりかねまーす。」など有り得ない。まずは発声の仕方から出直した方が良い。注意するも何も悪びれた様子がないのが致命的。 他の店舗も似たり寄ったり。 これほど酷いならば三井住友銀行のカラーなので改善の見込みがないと予測される。 支店長の川崎という人も、「最後の苦情」があると言っているにも関わらずニヤニヤ登場して気分が悪かった。 ミヤハラという人含め、他の支店のスタッフも役立たず。海外送金で大きな誤差が生じた場合も、取引先の海外の銀行に聞いて自力で解決してくれと、4000円も手数料を取っておきながら向こうから電話を一方的に切った。 同じ質問にまだ口座がないにも関わらず、しっかりと真摯に丁寧に答えてアドバイスまで頂けた、お向かいの三菱UFJさんにこの問題が片づき次第、速攻で変えたい。 やっと最後の引き出しをしていたところ、ちょうど通帳が出てくるタイミングで呼んでもいないのに女性スタッフが話しかけながら覗き込んできた。 最後の最後まですこぶる気分が悪かった。 PS. 銀行口座を作ろうとしている方。 三井住友は絶対に避けた方が良いです。 こんな銀行に資金と個人情報を握らせるのは危険極まりない。 アプリだけは英語バージョンその他の内容も大変充実しており最低限のオプションしかないUFJアプリとは違い大変良かったのが唯一残念であった。

Service is good as other japanese banks. Only issue for foreigners is language. most of them(Staff) do not speak English. You should have a friend or someone to translate and fill the applications for you.
