衛生管理も酷く接客もなっていない。
二度と行きません。
I was surprised by the terrible customer service.
The hygiene management is not so bad and there is no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レッスン時間が30分と言うことで体験乗馬をしましたが15分位で終了です。ここのオーナーの娘さんは生徒を名前ではなくて番号順で呼んでレッスンしています。一応、お客さんだと思いますが？最低です。
Since the lesson time is 30 minutes, I did a trial riding, but it ends in about 15 minutes. The owner's daughter here calls the students in numerical order rather than by name for lessons. I think it's a customer, right? It's the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビジターで行きましたが、馬は調教管理されてない駄馬を出す。指導員は馬を制御出来る技量がないのに、上から目線で暴言を吐く乱雑な年配の女性でした。テレビ等のメディア向けでは和気あいあい感を出しており期待してましたが、実際は最低な施設に最低な接客に最低な指導員で時間とお金を無駄にしました。関東では最低ランクの施設です。
I went as a visitor, but the horse gives out a pun that is not trained. The instructor was a messy elderly woman who uttered abusive language from the top, even though she lacked the ability to control a horse. I was expecting that it would be a harmonious feeling for media such as TV, but in fact, I wasted time and money with the lowest instructor, the lowest customer service at the lowest facility. It is the lowest ranked facility in the Kanto area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低ランクの施設です。テレビで放送されていたような楽しい雰囲気は一切ありませんでした。
ビジターで乗りにいきました。先頭に着いていく馬にまたがらされているだけで、騎乗についての指導はなにもなく、言われた経路を走るだけでした。
番号で呼ばれるなど、お金を払って嫌な思いをしました。楽しくありませんでした。
安かろう悪かろう。次はありません。他のクラブに行きます。
The lowest-ranked facility. There was no fun atmosphere that was broadcast on TV.
I went on a ride as a visitor. It was just straddled by the horse that arrived at the top, there was no instruction on riding, and it only ran along the path mentioned.
I was disgusted by paying money, such as being called by number. It was not fun.
Is it cheap or evil? There is no next. Go to another club.

事前予約してビジターで利用しました。スポットで利用できるのが嬉しいです。
会員になる場合は、入会金は安めで、使用料は高めだと感じました。
スタッフは感じ良かったです。クラブハウスは…控えめに言って美しくない。
小さなクラブですが、頭数はかなりいそうでした。

I made a reservation in advance and used it as a visitor. I am glad that it can be used at the spot.
When I became a member, I felt that the admission fee was low and the usage fee was high.
The staff was pleasant. The clubhouse is ... not beautiful to say the least.
It's a small club, but the number seems to be quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、会員になりました。家の近くで歩いて乗馬しに行けるなんて、最高です。ここのクチコミに書いてあるような酷い事は、まったくありません。事実無根です。おかげで、体験乗馬しに行くの、とっても不安でした。実際は、とってもフレンドリーで、アットホームなクラブです。確かに、お洒落の施設とは到底言えないけど、スタッフさんも親切だし、お馬さんもいいこがいて、とっても温かく感じるし、応援してあげたいクラブです。 自分は、20代の頃は大きなメジャーな乗馬クラブを選びましたが、最近になって小さなクラブの方が気が合えば、頑張れる癒しの場になり、いい馬や人に出逢えるのではないかと思い、スリーフィルドの門を開けました、心の拠り所になれば、いいなぁと思います。
I recently became a member. It's great to be able to walk near my house and go horseback riding. There is nothing terrible as described in the reviews here. It is in fact unrooted. Thanks to that, I was very anxious about going on a horseback riding experience. In fact, it's a very friendly and homely club. Certainly, it's not a fashionable facility, but the staff are kind, the horses are nice, and I feel very warm, and I want to support them. When I was in my twenties, I chose a big major horse riding club, but recently, if a small club gets along well, it will be a healing place where I can do my best and meet good horses and people. I thought, I opened the gate of Three Fields, and I hope it will be a source of my heart.
