M	Matt Rollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as good as I remembered it. The patty was thin and full of filler, the buns were mushy, and the fries weren’t that great and there wasn’t enough of them. The side “salad” and pickles are a joke.

Walked into an empty restaurant, tried to order at the register (as I have done many times before at this place) and the young woman rudely said we must sit first. Ok... so we sit down, and awkwardly wait in an empty restaurant. I walk up with menu in hand saying I’d like to order, and she says, again rudely, to sit down. No smile, no friendly demeanor. So, I again sit down. She knows we want to order, but she stands there staring into space. I speak fluent Japanese, so communication was not the problem. We sit there for some time, not wanting to approach her for fear of being rudely scolded again, and after nothing happens as we sit in that empty restaurant, we get up and walk out. Because of that one staff with absolutely no sense or critical thinking skills, I will never patronize this restaurant again. Terrible.

However the second I went there it took the cook 45 min to prepare my burger and I think the preparation time could be shorter, much much shorter considering There wasn’t that much client. May be Uber client are becoming too much priority ?? I’m sorry, but You need to improve the speed.
T	T S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: all smoke-free from May 15th, 2018 love this place. bbq sauce + cheese= heaven plus don't forget to order the crunchy onion rings. they have lunch time specials; order a burger and you get free onion rings and a drink. real burger meal under 1000yen, this would cost much more in central tokyo area imo. friendly staff, just a minute from the station... if you're in the area definitely worth a try.
S	Smuzas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Japan, it's easy to find a good burger place, but it's not easy finding a burger place that's reasonably priced. The food was good and they had a lot of options! I had the bacon cheeseburger and added a fried egg. My friend had the avocado burger and added jalapeño. We both got the brioche buns and the side and drink set. Each of our orders were under 1300¥ (13$). I wouldn't write home about it, but I definitely will go back with my friends!
