★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxation, taken very very seriously! This is such a great place to check in and check out (of reality). Just enjoy all the baths they have on offer and if you're really feeling like a spa, they have more treatments available. And you can stay all the way til 9am but they do charge after midnight extra charges. Wished this was available everywhere! Also, they are ok with tattoos but require you to cover them up with skin coloured patches at 300 yen a patch. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Bad Experience... I usually don't write reviews unless I experience something really exceptional or something pretty disappointing. A friend and I arrived around 11pm on a weekday night and was explained that there would be an additional fee since we would be leaving after midnight. We asked why there was an additional charge, perhaps certain amenities would be open only during these late hours. Reluctantly, we agreed and went inside. The facility is nice, certainly not co-ed if that is your thing. But a decent setup, although there are much better for the price. However, it became pretty clear that a lot of the facility was closed during this time. Specifically, the gravel/rock rooms, the lounge, and part of the hot springs. We really just wanted to get a drink at the lounge but to our surprise (maybe its our fault but it was certainly a surprise) that there were dozens and dozens of people sleeping there, many snoring. It just seems that many locals are sleeping there overnight and go to work the next day, because it was very late in the night at this point. And we couldn't have a conversation as to not disturb the sleepers. So we checked out and asked why there was an extra charge for late night attendance, and did not get any reason. And what finally made this a one star experience was a very weird guy came from the back room as we were asking the woman attendant about the charge and demanded (screaming like he was dying) we remove our shoes (out of nowhere, which was a mistake on our part as we were walking out) but was so adamant about it that he walked back to the back room and told us he was calling the police and said ("oh my god, I have to deal with this"). This was after we had politely agreed and removed our shoes. It was the only english he spoke to us. Still no explanation on the final charge, and no apology for the rudeness.
I think it's just a classic case of rudeness to us as foreigners. I love Japan and am treated so nicely there but this was an exception. I've been to spas all over the world, and hadn't had someone so openly want us to leave. I honestly think that for a local, the place is probably great. And perhaps we did make a faux pax, but I don't consider any of that over the line. So I submit this review for the purpose of nothing more than hopefully providing one person's perspective on how a great night turned into a ruined night, and it certainly was not necessary. Good luck on your visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was awesome! We had been walking all over tokyo since 5 am, visiting the fish market, sensoji temple, metropolitan government building observation, shibuya crossing and had amassed 35000 steps by 2pm. Our legs were running thin and we needed a rest.
This place gave us that rest! This place gave us a whole rejuvenation. On floor one is the changing area for men and women. 2nd is where it really begins. They have it all! Mineral pools, cold plunge pools, saunas, steams, and so many variations of it all.
Couldn't be happier with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hot spring with a spacious rest area, pool area is accpetable if it is not so crowded, but usually it is crowded, still worth to go because of the cleaningness and location.
I particularly appreciate they now open 24 hours, which allow guest to stay overnight with paying a little bit extra.
I will come back again and again for sure whenever I am in Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to various onsens in Japan, but this was my best.
It was a bit expensive, but was totally worth it.
(I bought my ticket online on asoview and got some discount ?. The ticket was only valid for weekdays).
There are many different baths, with sauna.
The bedrock bath was a new experience, and I liked it.
There are comfortable relaxing lounges, and can take a break between the baths.
There were also free clay in the sauna room and toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash, and several lotions to use after your bath.
I felt totally relaxed and refreshed afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Golden Gai, in Shinjuku. Fine place to relax and crash for the night is you have nowhere to go!!
There are lots of lady only spaces so it’s a great place to escape to after drinking or exploring golden gai or just the area in general.
Also it’s pretty convenient place for walking and shopping the next day as there are so many shops nearby.
Also, there are hair dryer, straighteners, and curlers as well as some other beauty products, so you can feel like a fresh human the next day. Much better than an Internet cafe IMO.
Some areas are for ladies only or men only, but some relaxing areas are for anyone, so a lot of people seemed to be there as couples.
No areas are 100% private though, so just be aware of that.
