I was lucky enough to set an appointment of the same day, but I recommend to email in ahead of time for reservations. Impressive shoeshine done by the owner, Ishimi-san. Beautiful interiors and look of the store. No language barrier. There was a nice lady who speaks English. Overall it was a good experience visiting here.
