★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い建物だがしっかり手入れされていてどこを見てもおしゃれ！石畳も素敵だし中庭も光が降り注ぎ都会とは思えないほどゆったりとした時間が流れている。こんなところがオフィスだったら素敵だなと思える建物。
It's an old building, but it's well maintained and fashionable no matter where you look! The cobblestones are wonderful, and the courtyard is flooded with light, and the time is so relaxing that you can't think of it as an urban area. A building that would be nice if such a place were an office.

日が入り込む造りです。オフィス利用されていて、100年近く経っても生き生きしている近代建築です。
The Senba Building was completed in 1925. The appearance is rather plain, but when you go inside, it is truly a foreign country.
It is a structure where the sun enters. It is a modern building that has been used in offices and is still alive even after nearly 100 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口を入った所からロマンを感じます。訪れたのが12月だったので吹き抜けの木々に電球が灯してありました。また屋上に庭園があります。今は周りにマンションが建って眺望はありませんが、趣を感じることができます。ぐるっと一回りするだけで、懐かしさを感じられる場所です。
I feel romance from the place where I entered the entrance. I visited there in December, so the trees in the atrium were lit with light bulbs. There is also a garden on the roof. There are condominiums around now and there is no view, but you can feel the taste. It is a place where you can feel nostalgia just by going around.
