なつみ先生のレッスンはとても楽しく、心身共に元気になります。ヨガレッスンを通し、食事の大切さや自分の身体に向き合う大切さを教えて頂いています。毎回レッスンをとても楽しみにしており、毎日の生活に彩りが足された感じです。なつみ先生のヨガレッスンを沢山の方が受け、私の様に出会えて良かったって実感して頂けたら素敵だな〜?っと思っています。
私も心身共に元気でいる為にこれからもヨガレッスンを続けていきたいと思っています。なつみ先生の焦らず着実に❣️一緒に頑張りましょうのお言葉にいつも励まされ背中を押して頂いています。なつみ先生、ありがとうございます?
 I'm 58 years old and it's been almost two years since I started yoga with Natsumi-sensei. The reason I started yoga was because I wanted to get sick and regain my health.
Natsumi-sensei's lessons are very enjoyable and will make you feel better both physically and mentally. Through yoga lessons, you will be taught the importance of eating and facing your body. I'm really looking forward to each lesson, and it feels like adding color to my daily life. It would be great if many people took Natsumi-sensei's yoga lessons and realized that it was good to meet me like me ~ ?.
I want to continue yoga lessons because I am healthy both physically and mentally. Natsumi-sensei's words, let's do our best together, are always encouraging and pushing us back. Thank you, Natsumi-sensei ?
