店員は素人しかいないのでしょうね。
人気商品は店に並べる前に太った女性店員さんが購入して品切れになりました。

Depending on the timing, you can buy good products at a great deal ☆ I think that the number of products has increased due to recent renewal (expansion?). There are also overseas specifications, so you can meet items that are not in the regular shop ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアルされて初めて来たがどの店員も突っ立ってるだけで、まったく使えない。普通試着したら他の色とか勧めるだろ。天下のゴールドウィンがこれじゃなぁ…サイズも少ないし商品の置き方も悪くて探しにくい。
子供用が増えて大人が買いに行きにくいのは本末転倒では？残念なリニューアルだ
I came here for the first time after the renewal, but all the clerk stands out and I can't use it at all. If you try it on normally, I would recommend another color. Goldwin in the world is this ... It's hard to find because the size is small and the product is not placed properly.
Is it difficult for adults to go to buy because the number of children is increasing? It's a disappointing renewal

最初の試着で対応して頂いた方はそのまま装備するだけという感じだった為いまいち納得できず悩みながらウロウロしてしまいましたが、別のスタッフに声をかけて頂き長さなど調整をし装備の仕方から使い方など商品について細かく教えて頂けて勉強になりましたし納得して買物ができました。
スタッフによって知識だったり接客態度にかなり差があるのかもしれません。
I was a beginner in mountaineering and decided to buy a large backpack.
The person who responded with the first try-on seemed to just equip it as it was, so I was not convinced and I was worried about it, but I asked another staff to adjust the length etc. and equip it. I learned how to use the product in detail, and I was convinced that I was able to shop.
There may be a considerable difference in knowledge and customer service attitude depending on the staff.
