喫茶店もその他の店舗も11時開店
休む事も他の店舗を見ることも出来ず只々待つのみ
土日は行ってはいけない所と思いました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ららぽーとへ行った際に、DISELの他店舗で扱っている商品について質問をしたく寄ってみました。
ブランドのイメージと合っていない、年齢が高目の女性店員に訊ねると、その商品を知らなかったようで、めんどくさくなったのか『自分で問い合わせしてください』と他店舗の電話番号を書いたメモを渡されただけでした。
ラグジュアリーカジュアルブランドだから、店員の質は良いのかと思ったら、最低最悪の対応でした。
ユニクロでもこんな対応はしません。
(ちなみにDIESEL青山店の接客は、素晴らしいです)
あと、店内にホームレスがいる！と思ったら、男性店員だったのも本当にビックリでした。
When I went to LaLaport, I asked to ask questions about the products that are sold at other DISEL stores.
When I asked a female shop assistant who is older and doesn't match the image of the brand, she didn't seem to know the product, and she felt tired. I was only given to me.
Since it's a luxury casual brand, I was wondering if the quality of the staff was good.
UNIQLO does not support this.
(By the way, the customer service at the DIESEL Aoyama store is wonderful)
Also, there is a homeless person in the store! I was really surprised that I was a male clerk.
