★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually review stores, but the 3 North Face stores on this street were actually really cool. The displays were set up in a way to give the feel that you are out engaging in the activity the you would be wearing the gear in, and the clothing was quite unique to what you would find in North America or even the 'street style' North Face stores in the malls here. More pragmatic and functional wear, and some crossover brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just shopped there today. Excellent customer service from the staff eventhough it was already busy with customers. The staff speak good english!
The tall guy with glasses who accompanied me shopping was really kind and very accomodating. He's very patient and gave me some recommendations (after so many trials & fittings) so I could decide which bag I should take.
Even after the payment, he helped me bring my stuff and accompanied me as well to the front door. I don't know his name, but whoever you are, if you read this.. thank you very much, man!
I can say that it was the best shopping experience I've ever had in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do love TNF. This shop is always sadly missing something. Either a size or, most recently, ski jackets. In mid December they still had not received their ski jackets for the season and didn't know when they'd get sny. I get that shipments are delayed with covid, but this is one of the few TNF stores in Tokyo, so it was surprising. Selection is not that large either, though there are other TNF brands nearby, including a standard.
