★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインショップにて商品を購入しましたが、一度返品されたものなのか雑に開封済みの品物が届きました。返品対応は有り得ることなので仕方ない面もありますが中身を確認するとどなたかの毛髪が混入しており不快でした。品物自体は試着されただけのようで使用に問題は無さそうなのでそのまま使いましたが、開封済みの商品を送るならば中身の状態をしっかりと確認して頂ければと思います。
I purchased the item from the online shop, but I received the item that has been opened, probably because it was returned once. Since it is possible to return the product, there are some aspects that cannot be helped, but when I checked the contents, it was unpleasant because somebody's hair was mixed in. The item itself seems to have just been tried on and there seems to be no problem in using it, so I used it as it is, but if you send an opened item, I would like you to check the condition of the contents firmly.
