他社の交換しますという商品ですら交換しないので、自社で作られてる商品の保証なんて怪しいもんです。
知り合いもリュックの背負う部分が壊れてたし、なんで人気なのか分かりません。
 Bad in 3 months after buying. No replacement for products with a long-term warranty.
Even products that are exchanged by other companies are not exchanged, so the guarantee of products made in-house is suspicious.
The acquaintances didn't know why the backpack was broken and why it was so popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくここで買い物をします。欲しいものがあるときは色々と相談でき、高いところのものは気軽に取ってくれます。ただ、ウィンドーショッピングのときにスタッフさんに付かれると、恐縮します。そして、買い物したあとは割とそっけなく、すぐに違う人の接客に行くので挨拶くらいはして欲しいなーと思うときがあります。

品数は良いけど、アウトドア目的では買いにくい

ですが、少し広い店内とは言えど品揃え(商品数、サイズの幅)や、店員の対応は悪い
以前、家族と寄ってこれはLLはありますか?と聞いてみると無いですの一点張りで他の店舗はと聞くとめんどくさそうに探しだす

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のクチコミでサイズが少ないとあり、初めて訪れた時は少し心配でしたが、展示してないだけでバックヤードにはXLの商品も普通にありました。お目当ての商品を購入する際は店員さんが親切に機能や特徴など説明もしてくれて、大変良い買い物ができたと思ってます。
Other reviews said that the size was small, so I was a little worried when I first visited, but there were normal XL products in the backyard just because they were not on display. When I bought the product I was looking for, the clerk kindly explained the functions and features, and I think I was able to make a very good purchase.

商品も暖かい様で親子共に大満足しています！
About two months ago, I went to choose my son's coat. I forgot the name of the female clerk, but she was very kind to me and I was able to shop comfortably!
The products are warm and both parents and children are very satisfied!
