y	yuyuyu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても悪い接客をされました。欲しい商品を見つけて試着しようと店員さんに声を掛けようとしましたが、電話対応中で直ぐにこちらの対応が出来ず。他のお客さんも居なかったので、電話中だから仕方ないと思い暫く待っていましたがその間こちらに会釈等も無く居ないかの様に無視。中にスタッフがいるなら合図をする等の対応もあると思いますが、それすらも無かった為1人で回されているのかと思いましたが、あまりにも電話が終わらない為、「すみません」と言うと中からスタッフが不服そうに出て来られました。「奥に居てはったんですね」と声を掛けると「休憩してました」と無愛想に返事をされ、履き比べたかった為、欲しい靴のサイズの在庫をたずねると、少し中に入って直ぐに「ないですねー」とこちらにどうするかの判断をさせる事もなく勝手に商品を直し追い出される形で店を後にしました。確かに「すみません」と声を掛けた際にはこちらも感情が多少入っていましたが、休憩を邪魔されたと言わんばかりにそれを客にぶつけるのは、接客業としては有り得ないと思います。そもそも、最初に店内に入って直ぐに存在を認識していたのに何のアクションも無かったからこちらも不信感を抱いたのですし。商品を売る気が無い店なんだと思います。 I had a very bad customer service. When I called out, "I was in the back," he replied unfriendlyly, "I was taking a break." I wanted to compare them, so when I asked for the stock of the shoe size I wanted, I went inside a little and immediately said "I don't have it" and I didn't have to decide what to do. I did it later. Certainly, when I said "I'm sorry", I had some feelings, but I don't think it's possible for the hospitality business to hit it against customers as if they were disturbed by the break. .. In the first place, I was distrustful because I was aware of the existence immediately after I first entered the store, but there was no action. I think it's a store that doesn't want to sell products.
