Having said that, there are a few gems down there, like the foreign-foods store under the escalator that goes up to the Hankyu railway.

Great range to shop and food outlets good bargains good quality
You can use this area as a prelude to Central Plaza just across the road also Soho is close by as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is right in the center of the Kobe City Area. Plenty of shops and restaurants are available within a few minutes walking distance to satisfy any craving. The B1 floor of the mall is directly connected to the Kobe-Sannomiya train station for easy access.
