★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく交通便利。徒歩1分や5分のバス停から北には中目黒通って渋谷へ。南には戸越銀座、五反田、大崎、大井町へ。西には自由が丘、二子玉。東には目黒駅、白金台、広尾、麻布、虎ノ門、千駄ヶ谷、東京駅へ。
徒歩8分で目黒駅、9分で不動前駅。山手線、南北線、目黒線が利用できる。
羽田空港や横浜、鎌倉までの接近性の良さも魅力的。
マンションの周辺はこじんまりとした有名なお店がいっぱい。山手通りに面していながら驚くほどの静か。近くに林試の森公園があり、都会では贅沢すぎる大型公園を満喫できる。
