Some facts: 1. I am an American. I lived in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. I was a consultant for one of the major international consulting firms, and also a military veteran, and so I traveled to many countries where I ate the best burgers that were recommended. 2. My wife is Japanese, and so I believe we have a balanced perspective although she loves burgers herself, but this means we both have experienced palettes (taste for burgers). We ate at The Burger Craft earlier tonight based on the reviews posted here and decided to give it a try.....WE WERE IN BURGER HEAVEN (バーガー天国です!)!!! We spoke to the owner and burger chef, and he is definitely a burger chef artist who informed us that he altered his recipe for his burger patty many times before committing to what I would describe as the "Perfect Ratio" of seasoning and beefiness. The burger patty is 100% chuck beef where 50% of it is Wagyu Beef which lends to its tenderness, flavorfulness, and perfect ratio of extremely seasoning. I thought that the vegetables would overwhelm the beef flavor, but it was perfect. I do not have enough positive adjectives to describe The Burger Craft quality, but it is outstanding. My wife and I were having a bad day, and we were a bit depressed...The Burger Craft made us very very happy. It is that good. I am sorry America and to my fellow Americans, but The Burger Craft is the best burger I have ever had. The potato wedges were perfectly fried with just enough salt. We also had the side salad, and even that was amazing considering how simple it was. NOTE: Please disregard the posters that only have 1 star. They are bitter because they arrived at the wrong time when they were closed, or simply the Japanese palette does not understand what it means to create a beautiful and sugoi delicious burger that is better than anything I have had around the world. Everyone should try The Burger Craft burgers at least once. NOTE 2: My wife had the Quattro Cheese Burger, which was amazing. It has blue cheese and I don't like blue cheese, but this burger changed my mind. Now I love Blue Cheese in my burgers. I ordered the Spicy Burger, and it was umaiiiiiiii!!!!! We wanted more and so we also ordered the original Cheese Burger. This is the royalty of all burgers.

Ordered the avocado cheeseburger. The best burger I’ve had in Japan, or anywhere, really. The place is small and has a hip vibe to it, the owner is very nice too. It was surprisingly empty when I went on Friday night.

Probably the best bacon burger I ever had, here at Burger Craft! Nice and crispy! The place is trendy and clean. Standard burger starts from 1200 yen. Water is free. The menu comes also in English. A good stop for a bite!

The finest burger shop in Asakusa, and as an American, that's a tall order. Daigoro-san whips up juicy and flavorful pattyies atop of fried, buttery buns. Your order is cooked and prepared in front of you, weither it be the fresh potatoe wedges or spritly greens served along side your buger. This self-taught burger master grills with his own, hand chopped, blend of quality beef, and your taste buds will know the difference. For reference, the style of burger served is alot like Fuddruckers, with nice, pillowy butter rolls, and crisp yet moist 1/3 lb patties, but with the heart and soul to match the flavor.

Excellent choice of bun, the toppings are fresh. Good meat and the cheese is served up melting. Potato wedges served up fresh and too darn hot to eat for the first few minutes, like the gods intended. Fantastic. When I went it was just one guy busting his @$$ off to serve a full restaurant but every burger came out just as meticulously-prepared as the one before it. Great place. If it's busy, be prepared to wait or just come back later. It's worth it.

It’s crazy. It’s not just the best burgers, but the flavors in all of this guys recipes are insanely good. This is a full blown genuine chef making world class burgers in one of the freshest, coziest places in all of Tokyo. I’ve had three of his burgers, and they’re all masterpieces. The buns and the vegetables are extraordinary, and the patties are thick cut and juicy. Order any burger of your liking, but make sure to order the side salad instead of the potato wedges - these greens are of supreme quality.

This place is amazing! I got myself the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, salted wedge fries, and a Goose Island 312 wheat ale beer and everything was top notch! The fries were fluffy and had just the right amount of salt. The beer was very good. The burger, oh man! I could distinctly taste every ingredient. The buns had a lovely smoky toasted taste. Felt like I was at a campfire, so cozy! The meat was great. The bacon, sorry my fellow Americans, isn't the thin crispy kind, but is the thick cut style. That being said, what it lacks in crunch it makes up for in flavor! I've had my fair share of burgers, but this one is one I'll remember for some time! Plus, the environment reminds me of a cozy coffeehouse. So relaxing! 5/5, can't recommend this place enough!

Tiny and cosy place with high end Berger… Cool staff and nice atmosphere… the only slightly negative point was the cold coffee latte! Still no problem… because the taste was fine… and the place is for burgers and not coffees… ?
