They also have a very nice wine menu and unique bar selection. Friendly, cozy and a great spot for English and Japanese speakers alike because the staff and owners speak both languages. Just ventured into brunch the other day and it was a great experience! Beautiful and tasty yogurt trifle in this picture. Also had a fabulous sandwich with house cured bacon. More than just a chill and friendly space for dinner and drinks!

Easy reservations on Facebook even when they’re closed. Even arranged a couple experimental desserts for a birthday girl. Good wine and beer list. For even more, ask what’s not on the menu. Will definitely be going back.

Ooh, the mac and cheese bites are yummmm. Mussels and mashed potatoes were indulgent and delicious. And then. There were desserts - the warm peanut butter brownie one and sticky date pudding were over the top in the best way possible. Warm, friendly and chill environment was the actual best part. Hope to see these guys (Josh and Ai) again, hoping for a Tokyo reprise! ????

And it doesn't hurt that the food is AWESOME. This is real cooking by real chefs, in a super comfortable/inviting atmosphere. Whether you want a nice date night meal, or just drinks, alone or a group, you won't be disappointed with the Alchemist.

We ordered the Cheesus burger, Signature mashed potato, and Pub Classic chips. Everything we got was BOMB AF. Pictures def don’t do justice. The restaurant has a nice chill atmosphere, the owners were amazing, and the Japanese staffs also spoke very good English. What an incredible experience overall!
