★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟初訪問でしたが、外観も雰囲気があってとても良いお店でした。
お酒もお料理も美味しくて新潟の素晴らしさに感動。
繁盛店のようで忙しいと思いますが、店員の方も丁寧に対応されていてとても良かったです。
あと、うにといくらを混ぜたご飯のやつがめちゃくちゃ美味しいので食べないと損します。
 It was my first visit to Niigata, but it was a very nice shop with an atmosphere and appearance.
The sake and food are delicious and I was impressed by the splendor of Niigata.
I think it's like a prosperous store and I'm busy, but I'm glad that the staff were also polite.
Also, the rice with sea urchin and salmon roe is so delicious that you will lose it if you don't eat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HP見てのど黒の刺身炙りランチが食べてみたいと思い行ったんですが、その日は刺身用ののどぐろの仕入れが無いという事でのど黒土佐藻塩焼きランチにしました。
日曜11時半過ぎに行きましたが、すでに半分くらい埋まっていました。カウンター席があるので1人でも気兼ねなく利用できます。
のど黒は脂が乗って身がふんわりしてて、皮目もパリッと焼いてあり美味しかったです。
米の炊き加減もちょうどよかったけど、丼鉢みたいなのに入ってて結構な量なので少食な人は初めに少なめで注文した方が良さそう。
味噌汁には何故か焼き鯖が具として入ってました。鯖は好きだけど、味噌汁に入ってるのは違和感があった。新潟では普通なんだろうか。
ランチとしては2800円弱とちょっとお高め。
同じ値段なら贅沢ランチの方が満足度高いかも。
Looking at the HP, I thought that I would like to eat throat black sashimi roasted lunch, but on that day I decided to have throat black tosa algae grilled lunch because there was no purchase of sashimi sashimi.
I went after 11:30 on Sunday, but it was already half full. There are counter seats so even one person can use it without hesitation.
The throat black was fat and fluffy, and the lenticel was crispy and delicious.
The rice was cooked just right, but it's a good amount to put in a bowl, so if you have a small meal, you should order a small amount first.
For some reason, the miso soup contained grilled mackerel as an ingredient. I like mackerel, but it felt strange to have it in miso soup. Is it normal in Niigata?
It's a little expensive for lunch at just under 2800 yen.
If the price is the same, a luxury lunch may be more satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food for a very affordable price. Their chicken dishes are very good along with their sushi. They give big portions so you know you are getting what you paid for. The restaurant is smoking friendly so be careful if you aren't a fan of secondhand smoke. Overall a wonderful atmosphere with an old style Japanese look.
