t	takata1725 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から最寄りのショップで、ロードバイクのメンテナンスを依頼できるところを探していました。こちらで購入した自転車ではありませんでしたが、とても丁寧なサービス内容で満足しています。商品を購入することとは違い、メンテナンスは目に見えないものが多く、支払う料金について疑心暗鬼になる方が少なくないはず。このショップであれば安心してお任せできると思います。 I was looking for a place where I could request maintenance of my road bike at the nearest shop from my home. It wasn't the bike I bought here, but I'm satisfied with the very polite service. Unlike purchasing a product, maintenance is often invisible, and many people are skeptical about the fees they pay. I think you can leave it to us with confidence at this shop.
デ	デメグルメライド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TREK乗り以外が行くと凄いやな顔されるみたいな低自転車と聞きました。クチコミを書いたら消されていてクチコミも素直に受け止めれないのなら店畳むしかないのでは？客に親身になって接しないと店は悪くなりますよあ！僕はTREKじゃないので(。-∀-)ﾆﾔﾘ I heard that it is a low bicycle that makes you look terrible when you go other than TREK riding. If you write a word-of-mouth and it is erased and you can't accept the word-of-mouth honestly, why not close the store? If you don't treat your customers in a friendly way, the store will get worse. a! I'm not TREK (.-∀-)

O	Olsenbanden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to have English speaking staff, but this does not deter from their service they provide. These guys are still super professional in their maintenance, advise and cleaning they offer for road bikes and non-road bikes. Albeit, things here in the shop are not cheap and that's not just limited to the bikes. Their cleaning services will cost you around Yen 3000. Their non-membership maintenance will cost you Yen 800. All their products are under Bontrager so do expect to pay a hefty price for simple things like bike lights or helmets. Overall, still a great shop to go to to service whatever bike you have, but be aware of the high price tag that comes with going to this shop.

(Bouhan Touroku) We have all the papers needed but one guy reluctantly giving us the service and keep asking stupid stuffs very UNPLEASANTLY. I went to another bike shop nearby after that, they checked the documents are all perfect. Only spent 10 mins there and done. Like other reviews, they only want your money, just go to neighbors bike shops if you looking for parts, maintenance or registration. They are friendlier. Looking at the past reviews they wont improve their service soon. I was a fan of TREK bike (Actually, I just recommended this shop to one of my friend who is looking for a cross bike) but I don't think I'll ever recommend this shop to anybody and I wont be buying TREK bike thanks to my unpleasant experience with this TREK shop.

The staff are very knowledgeable and will do their upmost to inform you on the best decision to make when purchasing a roadbike. For dedicated road cyclists, this place is absolutely great as they offer bike fitting facilities, as well as a wide array of roadbike accessories. My one and only downside is that their products are quite expensive and does not suit anyone on a strict budget.
