★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to be, burgers VERY good, Chicken Quesadillas far below average and expensive so avoid those. Beware any table charge on your bill. I've now downgraded to 2 stars - about my 15th visit and the Service actually gets slightly worse every time (inattentive, disinterested staff, wrong drinks delivered).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live close by so I have been here several times. They always find a way to disappoint. Seems like they just don't know how American food is supposed to look and taste. Just order appetizers if you have to be here.

I had cobb salad (asked to make it without meat. It was good but the lettus was not fresh... came with three tortillas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at a Fridays in Japan. Just like everything in Japan, the service and experience is excellent. Bartender was very attentive and made the drinks perfectly. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Tokyo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambiance, great to have a date with families as well. They have kids menu and you can ask for balloon for your little one's after eating. Staffs are nice and attentive. English is not a problem in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great place for families and groups with decent food - it is one of the places to get a more proper milkshake made with ice cream. For the higher price, the Oreo milkshake is much more satisfying than the chocolate milkshake which had a weak chocolate flavor.
Otherwise perhaps the all-you-can-drink option from 450yen (not including additional charges) is a nice option which lets you gat as much 7-UP as you like and more.
Food-wise the rack of ribs were nicely grilled and fall-off-the-bone tender, but the winning component was the sauce which was tangy, sweet and a tasty BBQ flavour. Following that, the fried mushrooms were delectable in a heavier batter - just be careful as you bite into them as they are hot inside!
Just be wary the floors are sticky and there is a 10% service charge which on top of that is the consumption tax so it comes out a lot more expensive which was disappointing as we weren't aware of this. The staff seem friendly though.
