★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田市寺内神屋敷にある曹洞宗の寺院で、別名「寺内の羅漢寺」と称されます。御本尊は釈迦牟尼仏。船が難破し乗組員を失った船頭で、後に出家した寶戒良殿大和尚が五百羅漢像の建立を発願したのが由来で、像を祀る壮大な伽藍を建立するため尽力したと伝わります。創建は江戸時代中期の寛政年間（1789～1801）となります。
