焼きたてをいただいたのは初めてでした。
焼きたては外側がサクッと、中はもっちりねっとりと
テイストはかけ離れますが「カヌレ」のようなイメージでしょうか。
お祭りなどの屋台でもぽっぽ焼きがありますが、
基本的には「既に焼いたものを袋に詰める」スタイル。
焼きたての美味しさ、紙袋から香る誰もが引き寄せられてしまう甘い匂いに触れてみてください。
近くにスーパーがあるので、牛乳を買っていくのがおすすめです。

私が買った時は焼き立てではなかったのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の開店直後に訪問。焼きたてを頂きました。初、ぽっぽ焼でしたが、もちもちで優しい甘さ…美味しい！30本購入してお土産にしましたが、家族でペロリでした。1人で5本くらいなら平気で食べられちゃいますね。店員の方も車まで届けてくださり、親切な感じでしたよ。駐車場が道路からやや入りにくいのが難点かなと思いました。
Visited immediately after opening on weekdays. I got freshly baked. At first, it was poppo-yaki, but it was chewy and gentle sweetness... delicious! I bought 30 of them and gave them as a souvenir. If you have about 5 servings by yourself, you can eat it without worry. The clerk also delivered it to the car and I felt kind. I think the difficulty is that the parking lot is a little hard to get in from the road.

道の駅 新潟ふるさと村で一度屋台を見かけ、帰りに買おうとしたらお店が閉まり…そこから３度目の新潟訪問にしてようやく念願のぽっふる！
道の駅の屋台の方だと無かったり、屋台はあってももうお店が閉まってたりしてたので、ぽっふるを食べたい時は、ここのあやめコーポレーションに来るのが確実かと思います！
真空パックされたぽっぽ焼きは夕方だったからか売り切れでした｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡
次回はぽっぽ焼きも買って帰りたいので早めの時間帯に行ってみます?
⚠️信号のすぐ手前に入り口があり、気づかずに通り過ぎそうになるのでご注意下さい！

Next time I want to buy poppo-yaki and go home so I will go early ?
