★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも患者とよりそい安心しています。看護師さんも優しく接してくれます。待合室の中央にのソファーですが背もたれがなくなんぎしてます。いつも窓際から患者は埋まっています。どうか中央にも背もたれソファーを。

先生は穏やかな雰囲気で丁寧な方。1、2回目とも嫌な印象は持たなかった。
ただ、２回目の受診で対応した看護師さんがあまりにも業務的で、ただ一方的に説明をされ、先生に今後の診療について聞こうとしたところ、その看護師さんに遮られ、後にして下さい、と診察室から出される。
予約して、診察まで30分以上待って、10分もしない問診で、最終的に追い出されるかたちとなり、納得いかなかった。
待つことは仕方ないと思うが、なぜ、こちらからの質問はその場で答えてもらえないのか分からない。
あげく、待合室に大勢の人がいる中で、その看護師がやってきて、検査内容を説明され、プライバシーや患者の気持ちについての考慮の無さに愕然とした。
仕事が忙しく、来院者が多いのかと思うが、患者やその家族にとっては痛みや不安を抱えてきているということを考えて欲しいと思った。

However, the nurse who responded to the second consultation was too business-oriented, and I was given a one-sided explanation, and when I tried to ask the teacher about future medical treatment, the nurse interrupted me later. Please, you will be taken out of the examination room.
I made a reservation, waited for more than 30 minutes until the medical examination, and after an interview in less than 10 minutes, I was finally kicked out, and I was not convinced.
I think it's unavoidable to wait, but I don't understand why you can't answer your question on the spot.
After all, while there were a lot of people in the waiting room, the nurse came and explained the contents of the examination, and I was surprised at the lack of consideration for privacy and the feelings of the patient.
I think that the work is busy and there are many visitors, but I want you to think that the patients and their families are suffering from pain and anxiety.
