問い合わせにも迅速対応で、普通の仲介会社に問い合わせても忙しいとないがしろにされがちな質問とかもしっかりと答えてくださいました。いいところだけではなくデメリットも説明してくれて心配性な私はすごく安心できたし信頼できる会社でした。話は逸れますがコンサルティングの会社でもあるとは知らず驚きました。そして驚いたのが契約時契約書の内容全てしっかりと説明してくださること。今まではそんなことはなかったのでそういう点でも信頼できると感じました。確かに時間はかかりますが丁寧に対応してくださる会社なんだと感じました。きっちりしてる分ダメなことはうやむやにせずダメと伝えてくれます。他の方のレビューにもありましたが、オーナーさんの間に立ってる立場として決められてることはしっかりと伝えてると思います。満足のできる家に出会えてよかったです。ありがとうございました!
Inquiries were also promptly responded, even if I contacted an ordinary intermediary company, I answered firmly what questions are likely to be made if I am busy. I explained not only the good points but also the disadvantages and I was worried so I was relieved and I was a reliable company. I was surprised to know that it was a consulting company although I could not talk. And what surprised me was to fully explain the contents of contract contract. I did not have such a thing so far, so I felt that I could be reliable even at that point. It certainly takes time but I felt it was a company that carefully responded. It tells us that it is useless without making it unnecessary for useless things. Although it was also in the review of the other person, I think that I firmly communicate what is decided as the position standing among the owners. It was nice meeting the satisfying home. Thank you very much!

They have no qualms about representing racist property owners. This is an automatic 1 star for me. Highly recommend anyone who has an issue with housing discrimination to stay well away from TERA Corporation, and especially from their client property "Cartanova". Details: I had a brief exchange with a TERA Corporaiton representative (大槻 様) regarding a property they manage and were listing for rent, a new building "Cartanova" near Sengoku and Sugamo stations. While they were prompt and informative, in the end the property apparently was "Japanese nationality only" 「日本国籍限定」。 I checked with them to see if this meant the actual resident must be Japanese, or if it meant the signee must be Japanese. Both conditions I feel are racist, but I would have been able to ask my employer to sign in the latter case. In the end all they could tell me is that non-Japanese residents were forbidden "according to owner preference". It didn't matter whether or not I had a guarantor, more than sufficient visa status, adequate Japanese ability, or an income sufficient to pay the rent. I replied that I felt this was a very sad situation and I would work with another 不動産屋さん to find a property without racists restrictions. (To be clear, TERA is not a 管理会社 not a 不動産屋さん but for some properties like Cartanova, they serve that role. They have several listings on the popular house-hunting app SUUMO) Rather than apologizing and that being the end of it, the TERA Corporation staff responded claiming that by-nationality resident requirements are not racism. They further implied the actual sad thing about the situation is that the Japanese owners must have at some point in time been harmed by foreigners: 「差別では決してございませんことご理解ください。 悲しいことは、そういった苦い経験という事実がおありになったことかも知れませんね。」って言われました、大槻様が。 Without the final remarks from them, I would have left the fault with the owner but the fact that they thought they needed to go out of their way to educate me the justifications of housing discrimination lead me to write this review. This also made me consider that property managers and real estate agents have a responsibility too, to discourage or whenever possible refuse to work with clients who have blatantly discriminatory policies.
