マスターの片付けの所作が雑で、ガチャガチャ・バターンなど大きな音がうるさすぎて、味より音が気になり、折角の味が堪能できなかったのが非常に残念。店内の雰囲気ぶち壊し。（5200円のランチにしなくて良かった）
ステーキ、ミニパスタ、サラダ、ごはん、味噌汁、お漬物の内容。ミニパスタがあるので、腹はふくれる。

ランチはお手軽1000円ぐらいからで美味しいお肉食べれます。

目の前の鉄板で、調理しているところを見ながら食べられます。肉の焼き加減、ニンニクの有無を確認されます。
肉の焼き加減にはレア、ミディアム、ヴェルダンなどがあると思いますが、シェフのおすすめも良いかもしれません。
ニンニクは昼からの仕事を考えると抜きの方が無難かもしれません。
注文の受付、水を出す、料理を作る、料理を運ぶ、皿を裏に運ぶ、皿を洗う、会計する、を全て1人でされてます。
お皿が冷たいのか、料理は熱々ではないのが気になりました。
PayPayは一応使えます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奥さんの誕生日で、ディナーに行きました。特選和牛のコースを頂きましたが、ご主人の冷静な対応に落ち着いて食事ができました。前菜からメインのお肉まで、野菜がしっかり摂れ、ガーリックライスは香ばしく、デザートとコーヒーまでボリュームもあり、とても美味しく頂きました。メインのお肉は柔らかく、一回で全てを焼くのではなく、半分ずつ焼いてくれるので、温かいまま食べさせてくれます。心遣いに感服です。ご主人は淡々と仕事をしてくれて、余計なお喋りなく、じっくりと食事が楽しめましたが、賑やか好きな人は物足りないかも。ごちそうさまでした。
