★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 音声自動応答システムダイヤルはいつも繋がりづらいですね。何十分待たされるのか❓システムも不完全では?消費者目線の対応では無く企業サイドよりだと思います。例えば優良企業ではエンドレスな誤操作をした場合にオペレーターに変わりますと音声が伝えたうえで、オペレーターが待たせた事を詫び接客します。温かみが伝わると思います。大企業故に尚更努力が必要だと思います。

For example, in a good company, if an endless erroneous operation is performed, the voice will be told that the operator will be switched to the operator, and then the customer will apologize for having the operator wait.
