★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんな星5ばかりですが、それが当たり前だと思えるほどの親切な接客でした！おっちゃんとおばちゃんが営んでますが、親身に話を聞いてくださり、親身に求めているカバンを探してくださりました！二人とも気さくなので話すだけでも楽しく、しかもサービス精神旺盛で、気持ちよく買い物できました！カバンはあまり買う機会はないとは思いますが、次買うときがあったらまたリピートしたいです！
Everyone has only 5 stars, but the customer service was so kind that it seemed natural! It is run by an old man and an aunt, but he listened to me and searched for the bag I was looking for! Both of them are friendly, so it's fun just to talk, and the service spirit is strong, so I was able to shop comfortably! I don't think I have many chances to buy a bag, but I would like to repeat it again when I have a chance to buy it next time!

I chose it while consulting with an aunt who has a large selection of items and is very familiar with it. I am satisfied that I can purchase it with confidence because it is a genuine product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered this great luggage store by accident shortly after eating fluffy pancakes around the corner. This is a great mom and pop luggage shop that had a great selection of backpacks and sling bags as well.
If you're looking for a great souvenir out of Osaka, this store has you covered. The local brands make some great quality sling bag and backpacks that would be difficult if not impossible to find in your country. The designs and styles are also unique to Japan which I appreciate.
Additionally they do have name brand bags if you're looking for that as they carried some hard to find Chrome Industry backpacks and sling bags in inventory. This is a family owned business and they were very friendly towards us and gave us a slight discount for buying in bulk. There was a boy in his 20s who I'll assume was the son of the woman ringing us up. He spoke fluent English which made our transaction that much easier. My next visit in Osaka, I'll definitely be stopping by again. Arigato!
