あ	あっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 免許更新時の受付の方の対応がとても不愉快でした。口コミに同じような方がいたので驚きました。免許更新の料金を支払う際、交通活動協力金の説明をされたので協力したかったのですが、急だった為事前に用意してた免許更新料金以上(5,000円以上)の現金は準備していなかった事もあり、又クレジット支払いも支払い機能が窓口では対応してなかった為、申し訳ないと思いつつ事前に準備していた金額で(免許更新料のみ)お願いします。と伝えると、受付のかたが協力できないんですね！と大きな声と強い口調で言われてとても不快でした。今回、丁寧にお断りを入れましたが最後の態度(書類を投げる、受付とは思えない言葉づかい)には思わずその方の仕事の対応としては、利用する立場として良くないと感じました。 It was very unpleasant for the receptionist to respond when I renewed my license.
