お土産に蒲焼きが欲しかったが、白焼きしかなかった。蒲焼きは長持ちしないらしい。レストランが午後休憩中もお土産販売はしていたので助かった。店員は親切だった。翌日フライパンで焼いたら少し臭みが出たが、食べるときは臭みなくまあまあ美味しかった。切身がお買得とか。
I wanted kabayaki as a souvenir, but only white grilled. Kabayaki doesn't seem to last long. It was helpful because the restaurant was selling souvenirs even during the afternoon break. The clerk was kind. When I baked it in a frying pan the next day, it smelled a little, but when I ate it, it didn't smell and was reasonably good. The fillet is a bargain.

まだ食事したことはありませんが、白焼きを買うならココと決めてます。うなぎ大好きお父さんへのお土産に白焼きを買って持っていきます。頻繁に遊びに行けない距離。喜んでくれるなら年1回位お届けしますよ。

ふっくら焼かれた鰻は言うまでもなく、付け合わせの肝吸いや奈良漬、食後のスイカまで完璧な鰻重でした。このためにここまできてよかったといえる味です。なるべく予約できるならした方がいいかと。

鰻は肉厚でふわトロしている。 肉厚なせいかうなぎの味がしっかり感じる。 また山椒はミルで自分で挽くタイプなので粗さが選べる。 うな丼上で3200円。

平日の夜におじゃましました。(要予約)今日の夜の部は我々のみの様で、御主人と奥様だと思われますが、丁寧にお迎え頂きました。お店の横に持帰りの小売りをされてる店舗とご自宅?そしてその横にずらりと鰻の養殖場が連なってます。入店しうなぎ重の上をお願いして、待つ間我々だけなんで静かに店内をキョロキョロしながら観察。小上がりの席とテーブル席があり芸能人の色紙がたくさん飾られてます。そしてうな重登場、初めて経験ですが山芋のおろしたものに卵が乗った小鉢が付いて来ました。鰻に乗せていっしょに食べると美味しいとの事。頂いた感じは、タレの濃さや量は控えめで自分好み、置いてある山椒も自分で擦って入れるものでいい香りです。ご飯の量は少なめで男性にはちょっと足りないかも。肝心の鰻は重に対してちょっと小ぶりです。大きけりゃいいと言うものではないですが、もう少し迫力が欲しいです。そして全体的にあまり熱くありませんでした。違ってたら申し訳ないのですが当方の勝手な想像では、提供時間からしてもたぶん鰻は昼営業時に焼いた物を取り置きしておいて、それを軽くガス火であぶるなどして出されてるのかなと感じました。いちからさばいて、炭火で焼いていたらあんな感じにはならないはずです。やはり行くならお客さんの多い時間帯に並んででも行く方が正解かなと感じました。あくまで勝手な想像ですが、期待していた物ではありませんでした。接客も人柄が伝わる優しいものでよけいに残念でした。あとやはり浜松ブランドの為か、他店も含め全体的にお値段は高めかなと思います。あらためてよく行く三重の津市、四日市市の鰻の名店の味とコスパの良さを実感しました。あと皆さんの写真を見るとフルーツはメロンですが、我々はスイカでした 笑!

美味しい鰻を求め、口コミを参考に来訪。ネット情報ではランチは~13時となっていたので時間ギリギリと心配して入店すると“昼は13時半までなので大丈夫です”と明るい笑顔で迎えられ暖簾をくぐる。前室があり消毒液・マスクのお願いが表示、入店待ちスペースとなっているようで各地の観光パンフレットが置いてあり、更にトイしもここにあります。店内はテーブル席と座敷。人気はテーブル席でしたが、“高価な鰻を食すなら雰囲気まで味わいたい”とあえて靴を脱ぎ座敷席へ。妻は定番のうな重、私はあえての白焼きを注文。白米・山椒との長年の たれの積み重ねと言うハーモニーを食すなら「うな重」、鰻そのものズバリ食べたいなら「白焼き」。簡単に言うと舌の先の方で味わうのは「うな重」舌の奥で味わうのが「白焼き」。会計はお店の奥側の左手、持ち帰り用カウンターにて行います。コロナが収まり時間を作れれば探検隊にも参加してみたいです。ご馳走様でした!
