スジコン。
連れていってくださった方のお勧めだったのでそれからいただきました。
塩気と甘味のバランスが最高‼️
しっかりと味が染みて、濃いめなのに「辛くない」‼️
めっちゃ柔らかいのに、ぐずぐずに崩れていない。
味、煮込み具合、共に絶妙でした。
焼きそばはモチっとした麺で、これもおいしい‼️
もっと食べたい‼️
粉物が欲しくなり、スジコンのお好みを注文。
美味しいものが入ってるから、美味しいのは当たり前なんだけど、粉で量増ししたものではなく、ほんまに美味しい〜。
お酒が進みます❤️
牡蠣のバター焼き、下足、豚平。
追加で注文。
どれもめちゃ美味しかったし、牡蠣もたっぷり入っていて、豚平もしっかり厚みのある肉。
卵もふわっとしてるのにしっかりには通ってる。
駅から直ぐ。ちょっと斜めの道に入っていかないといけないから、最初はどこ？ってなるかもしれないけれど、探してでも行くべきです。
粉物好きはもちろんですが、粉物好きでない人でも満足できるお店だと感じました(❁︎´ω`❁︎)
追記
前回行った時に、ほぼ新品のワイヤレスイヤホンを忘れてしまいました。直ぐに知り合いにお店に連絡を入れてもらいました。緊急事態宣言等のために4ヶ月後来店すると「ない」と言われました。持ち主がわかってて？！まだ数回しか使用してないワイヤレス。…どこにいったんでしょうね？(ﾟ▽ﾟ︎)笑
私はよく物を忘れちゃう方だし、お酒もたくさんいただく方なので、もう、こちらのお店にはいかないと思います。美味しいけど、↑のようなことがあるお店は怖いので。

The last time I went, I forgot my almost new wireless earphones. I immediately got an acquaintance to contact the store. When I came to the store four months later to declare an emergency, I was told that there was no such thing. Do you know the owner? !! Wireless that has only been used a few times. ... where did you go? (゜ ▽ ゜ ︎) lol
I'm a person who often forgets things and drinks a lot, so I don't think I can go to this shop anymore. It's delicious, but I'm scared of shops that have something like ↑.

I entered a proper okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka for the first time. It was delicious. The way the squid was cooked and the okonomiyaki were also fluffy.

The flavours created by an old establishment that has continued for three generations in Osaka Umeda. We have been loved by all for 65 years for our especially crispy cabbage and generous servings.
Old standards such as Butatama, Yakisoba and Mixed-yaki...
Our 'Yamakake-yaki', a dish our patrons never fail to order, and our Cheese Mochi, popular among our female clientele, are also favourite choices.
We have table seating for single female customers, as well as tatami seating for up to 50 diners for enjoying unlimited drinks. We recommend our Chef's Choice Meal, which comes with 2 hours of unlimited drinks (include plum wine, Premium citrus-chu), it is just nice to Farewell and Welcome Party.
