もう何度伺っただろうか。コロナでなかなか行けなかったが、約2年ぶりに訪れた天源さんは、変わりなく美味しくあっさり頂きました。大将、奥様と互いの無事を喜びました。
How many times have you visited? I couldn't go there easily in Corona, but Mr. Tengen, who visited for the first time in about two years, was still delicious and light. I was delighted with the general and his wife.

Literally the easiest 5 star I have given. 美味しすぎて、写真を撮り忘れたほど、夢中になって食べました。東京では難しいコスパで味も最高に美味しい、ビブグルマン掲載納得のいくお店です!! 豊橋出張で夜伺いました。予約が取れにくいとの口コミでしたが、コロナのせいか前日でも大丈夫でした。また当日、予定が少し早く終わったので19時に予約していたものの、18時に直前変更させて頂きましたが、柔軟にご対応頂けました。お店はカウンターに6名、テーブル席が二つあるのみ。亭主と奥さんのお2人でお店をやられていました。夜は天ぷらコースと天ぷらとお刺身のコース。せっかくなので、天ぷらとお刺身のコースを。まずはむかごのご飯とお刺身。むかごがもち米と蒸されており、ホクホクで甘く、エンガワのお刺身はコリコリ、マグロはしっかりとしたお味。それからは天ぷらのコースと一緒のメニューで、エビ、レンコン、エビ椎茸、銀杏、むかご、ゆりね、えびの頭、あわび、生ししゃもに最後にさつまいもというラインアップ。ゆりねがほくほくで甘く、生ししゃもも臭みが全くなく、柔らかくほくほく。さつまいももデザートのように甘くねっとりしていて、まさに焼き芋のよう。衣は薄く、コーン油で揚げているため一切重たくなく、追加で舞茸、山芋、ゆりね、銀杏、生ししゃも、かき揚げを注文。笑 コースをもう一通り注文した勢いで、追加注文しました。お味噌汁もお願いし、まだまだ食べられたのですが、今回はここで終わりにしました。デザートは黒糖キャラメルアイス。 コロナで一足が少なく、街も静かでしたが、こういったお店ほど潰れないで欲しいと切実に思いました。一緒にいった知り合いはこれだけのために新幹線にのって来たいというほどの虜に。豊橋近くの際はまた必ず伺います!!

It was said that it was difficult to make a reservation, but it was okay the day before, probably because of Corona. Also, on the day of the event, the schedule ended a little earlier, so I made a reservation at 19:00, but I changed it just before 18:00, but I was able to respond flexibly. The shop has only 6 people at the counter and 2 table seats. The owner and his wife were running the shop. Tempura course and tempura and sashimi course at night. Since it's a big deal, take a course of tempura and sashimi. First of all, rice and sashimi from the propagule. The propagule is steamed with sticky rice, and it is chewy and sweet. The sashimi of the porch is crunchy, and the tuna has a strong taste. After that, the menu is the same as the tempura course, with a lineup of shrimp, lotus root, shrimp shiitake mushrooms, ginkgo, propagules, yurine, shrimp head, abalone, raw shishamo, and finally sweet potatoes. Yurine is fluffy and sweet, and there is no odor of raw shishamo, and it is soft and fluffy. Sweet potatoes are sweet and sticky like dessert, just like roasted sweet potatoes. The batter is thin and fried in corn oil, so it's not heavy at all, so I ordered additional Maitake mushrooms, yams, yurine, ginkgo, raw shishamo, and kakiage. Lol I made an additional order with the momentum of ordering another course. I asked for miso soup and I could still eat it, but this time I ended it here. The dessert is brown sugar caramel ice cream. There weren't many pairs in the corona, and the city was quiet, but I really wanted it not to collapse as much as these shops. The acquaintances I went with were so captivated that they wanted to get on the Shinkansen just for this reason. I will definitely visit you again when you are near Toyohashi! !!

分かりにくい場所にお店がありますが、美味しいと評判のため訪問。天婦羅ランチを注文しました。エビ、あなご、さつまいも等がでてきます。揚げたてサクサクでとても美味しかったです。特にエビ、あなごは美味しいです。職人さんのお店って感じがします。
There is a shop in an confusing place, but I visited for a reputation as delicious. I ordered a tempura lunch. Shrimp, sweet potato, sweet potato etc. come out. It was fried and crispy and very delicious. Especially shrimp and seaweed are delicious. I feel like a shop of craftsman.

豊橋では天ぷら専門店の天源が有名です 初めての訪店で緊張します お店は地下でカウンターとテープルで16席 こじんまりとして落ち着いたお店 カウンター前には天ぷら鍋が二つ ランチメニューがあり 海老ホタテかき揚げ定食を注文です カウンターに先ずはサラダです そして熱々の茶碗蒸し ご主人が両鍋に火を入れます 衣も二種類ほど調整して揚げてくださいます 先ずは海老のかき揚げです 海老ぷりぷりで旨い! かき揚げは天丼のたれで頂けます 次にヤングコーン そしてホタテのかき揚げと茄子です これも天丼で頂きます やはり揚げたては美味しい 落ちついた昼食でした

2021年5月25日、夜に、予約で、天ぷらを一通り頂きました。美味しい! また、来たく成りました?コロナウィルス感染で緊急事態宣言中でしたので、お酒も飲まずでしたが、〆の「天 茶」まで、大変美味しく頂けました? 塩、抹茶塩、汁・・・其々で楽しみましたが、個人的には塩が一番美味しく感じました。天茶も「汁」がイイ感じです?

天婦羅食べるならここ 職人技が光る天婦羅を頂きました。 天婦羅定食を注文 天婦羅種類 海老✕4 蓮根 舞茸 ヒラメ さつまいも 茄子 ごぼうと揚げたてが次々と出され塩と天つゆで頂きました。 後、ご飯 味噌汁 天つゆはお代わりできます。 大大大満足でした。 又、伺わせて頂きます。 御馳走様でした‼️

Delicious tempura restaurant located near the Toyohashi station. Very small restaurant in the basement with less than 20 seats. About half are counter seats. The chef would cook the tempura in front of you. Watch out for boiling hot oil that occasionally splashes up. Make reservation in advance even for lunch; when I visited, the owner had to turn away quite a few patrons who did not have a reservation due to limited capacity. The food was absolutely spectacular, but it is also on the expensive side. Budget around ¥2500 ~ ¥3500 for lunch.
