自分で新着掲示板？を確認した上で承諾したということになるのはあまりにも不親切
しかも分かりにくすぎる
普通予約を入れる際に記載を入れるべきと思います。倒れますよ？
分かりにくい記載を確認して承諾しろは無理だろ
問い合わせした時も淡々と強気にきたけど、正気？と思いました?
あと緊急時の問い合わせ電話番号とかあるくせに全く出なくてイラつきました
掃除時間除くってあるけど、まずそれいつですか？
「緊急時」の意味わかってますか？
繋がらないなら記載しない方が良いんじゃないですか？
今までもたくさんのスタジオを利用してきましたが、こんなに酷いのは初めてです?
対応も雑だし、色々ヤバいなと思いました。

まずエアコンが故障しており、使用出来ませんでした。7月の暑さでエアコンが使えないのは、非常に危険なことです。窓も開けれず、暑さで倒れそうでした。
緊急だと思い電話をしましたが、何回掛けても繋がらず、恐らく対応無しで番号のみ載せているだけのようです。
メールをしましたが、直ぐには返信は来ないので、時間を無駄にしました。
掲示板に書いてあると返信が来ましたが、「故障」の文字は無く、「現在の状態のまま」としかありませんでした。部屋情報ページ、予約ページ、予約メールにも一切空調のことは記載されておらず、初めて利用する人には絶対分からないと思います。そのことを知っていれば予約はしませんでした。無駄にした時間の返金を求めましたが一切対応してくださらず、雑な対応のみでした。座れば埃まみれになりましたし、掃除もきちんとされていないようです。今後は絶対利用したくありません。

I called because I thought it was urgent, but it didn't connect no matter how many times I called, and it seems that I just posted the number without any response.
I sent an email, but I didn't get a reply right away, so I wasted my time.
I received a reply saying that it was written on the bulletin board, but there was no word "malfunction", only "as is". The room information page, reservation page, and reservation email do not mention air conditioning at all, so I think that people who use it for the first time will never know. If I knew that, I wouldn't make a reservation. I asked for a refund of the wasted time, but he didn't respond at all, and it was only a rough response. When I sat down, it was covered with dust, and it didn't seem to be cleaned properly. I definitely don't want to use it in the future.
