また、玉子に「一期一会」の焼き印があったり、2階で茶会を開かれたりしているようです。
カウンターは立派な白木の一枚板。
出所のしっかりした食材だけを使うなど、安心して食べたくなるお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素材の味だけでなく、下拵えを大切にする大将のこだわりを感じる寿司。静かながら気さくな大将と話すうちに、あれもこれも食べたくなります。高くて美味しい店はたくさんありますが、手頃で美味しくいただけるこのお店は貴重です。
Sushi is not only the taste of the ingredients but also the sushi of the general who values the preparation. While talking to a quiet but friendly general, I want to eat that and that too. There are many expensive and tasty shops, but this one that is affordable and delicious is precious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店すると右にカウンター、左小上がり数部屋。
二階では宴会も出来る和室有り。
無口な大将と若い頃美しかった（今も）女将さんも寡黙に仕事をこなす静かな印象です。
青森市内の寿司店では天藤、鮨兆の次に好きな鮨ですね。（あくまで個人評価です）
When you enter the store, there is a counter on the right and several rooms on the left.
There is a Japanese-style room on the second floor where you can have a banquet.
It is a quiet impression that the reticent general and the beautiful (still) landlady when she was young also work quietly.
At sushi restaurants in Aomori City, this is my favorite sushi after Tentou and Sushi Cho. (It is an individual evaluation only)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は、ガリがたべれませんが、俵寿司さんのガリだけは、唯一美味しく頂けます。北寄貝も肉厚で毎回、北寄貝を楽しみに出かけます。コロナ対策として、人数制限もしていました。
Normally, you can't eat gari, but only the gari from Tawara Sushi is delicious. The surf clams are also thick and I go out to enjoy the surf clams every time. As a measure against corona, we also restricted the number of people.
