h	haruchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場北側からふれあい広場、龍ノ口八幡宮、山頂広場まで登ってきました。途中、思ったより険しい石段で大変でしたが、5歳、9歳の子どもたちも登り切ることが出来ました。山頂広場は、市街地や岡山の山並みを見渡せます。ベンチもあるので、ゆっくりすることもできます。途中の歩道には、屋根付きベンチ、トイレもあります。トイレはペーパーがなかったので行かれる際はペーパーの用意は必要だと思います。また、近くにお店はないので注意ください。 I climbed from the north side of the parking lot to Fureai Square, Ryunoguchi Hachimangu Shrine, and the mountaintop square. On the way, it was difficult because of the steeper stone steps than I expected, but children aged 5 and 9 were able to climb up. The mountaintop plaza overlooks the city and the mountains of Okayama. There is also a bench so you can relax. There are also covered benches and toilets on the sidewalk along the way. I didn't have paper in the bathroom, so I think it is necessary to prepare paper when going. Also, please note that there are no shops nearby.

People who don't exercise on a regular basis will definitely have muscle aches the next day. Rather than hiking, I felt that it was a solid mountain climbing.

I basically move by car as an office worker. No daily exercise. Challenge to climb for the first time. I was able to climb up and down to the South Observatory in an hour. (35 minutes up, 20 minutes down) The stairs were so tight that I thought I'd turn back in the first 10 minutes. It was late December, but it became hot enough to sweat, and I had one short sleeve on the way. The cold wind felt good. I couldn't see much of the scenery from the observatory, but I'm happy because I was able to achieve my first climb! My thighs and calves were a little tired, but I felt moderately tired.

K	Kishikawa Tarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best trail running courses around Okayama city. There is a parking lot for 20 cars or so with public bathroom. There are some tables for lunch or tea on the top of the mountain, but no bathroom there. There is a famous shrine where many people expecting entrance exam visit and pray for their health and study on new years day. You may also want to try Misaoyama adjacent to Sogenji temple & Gokoku shrine 20 min drive from here.
