★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たつの方面へぶらぶらドライブ。ランチを食べた後に街を散策。こちらにお邪魔しました。
エリモベーカリーさんが移転され、イートインスペースも併設してカタリモさんとなられました。
エリモベーカリーさんの場所からそんなに離れてないですね。
アップルパイが食べたかったのですが、この日は無かったみたいです。残念。
ごちそうさまでした。

You are not so far from Erimo Bakery's place.

It is delicious with bread of natural yeast. As it is hard to match on opening day, it is immediate purchase if we open.

気になる『あんバター』と『ハニークリーム』を購入。
あんバターは、小豆あんが一粒一粒しっかりしていて、ちょうどいい甘さ(^^)
バターも、スライスバターで、そのまま食べてもいいくらい美味しいバターでした。
【2020.6.26（金）】
『スープとサラダのセット』を食べよう！と決めて行ったのに、コロナの影響で今はイートインはしてなかった。
『りんごパン』やっぱり人気商品らしく、残り2個。
ころんとしたフォルムのカレーパンと、可愛い見た目につられてピザパンを買いました(o^^o)
勿論『りんごとクリームチーズのパン』はりんごのコンポートのシャキッと感も残っているし、クリームチーズのほんのり塩味ともマッチしてさすが看板商品。
美味しかったです。
りんごに見立てたミントの葉っぱが乗ってなかったのが残念。

I bought "An butter" and "Honey cream" which I was interested in.
The bean paste is made from azuki bean paste, and each one is firm, and has just the right sweetness (^^)
The butter was sliced butter and it was delicious enough to eat as it was.

Let's eat "a set of soup and salad"! I decided not to eat in now because of the influence of corona.
"Apple Bread" After all, it seems to be a popular product, the remaining 2 pieces.
I bought curry bread with a round form and pizza bread with a cute appearance (o^^o)
Of course, "Apple and Cream Cheese Bread" retains the crispness of the apple compote, and is a signature product as it matches the slightly salty taste of cream cheese.
It was delicious.
It's a pity that the mint leaves that look like apples weren't on it.

たまたま見つけて立ち寄ってみましたが、マジで良いパン屋さんに巡り会えました(@_@)！
重量感のあるパンがほとんどですが、ハマったのが「バケット」。
焼いた感じの香ばしさがたまりませんでした。→焼き餅のような風味！
温めない方がマジで旨かったです(^^♪
バケットを買いに週一で、たつの市に通えそうです(;^ω^)。

Two-person motorcycle trip.
I happened to find it and stopped by, but I was able to meet a really good bakery (@ _ @)!
Most of the bread is heavy, but I was addicted to the "bucket".
The fragrance of the baked feeling was irresistible. → Flavor like yakimochi!
It was really good not to warm it (^^ ♪
I think I can go to Tatsuno once a week to buy a bucket (; ^ ω ^).

店内の雰囲気や店員さんの対応はとても良いです。価格もリーズナブルです。
ただ、パンが全体的に重めなのは残念ながら私自身の嗜好とは異なるところです。
There is no dedicated parking lot, so you can either park at the public hall or park on the road.
The atmosphere inside the store and the response of the clerk are very good. The price is also reasonable.
Unfortunately, the fact that bread is heavier overall is different from my own taste.

ハード系のパンが主流です。
生ケーキや、スコーンなどもあります。
ご友人と多人数でお訪ねの時は、お店が手すきであれば切り分けて下さいます。
どれも素朴ですが、美味しいですよ。
A bakery in a cute town in Kawaramachi, Tatsuno-cho, Tatsuno-shi.
Hard bread is the mainstream.
There are also fresh cakes and scones.
If you are visiting with a large number of friends, please separate them if the shop is handy.
All are simple, but delicious.

龍野城下町のパン屋さん「カタリモ」へ
こちらのお店も前々から気になってて、
ようやく11月初め頃に行ってきたよ(*^^*)
カタリモさんで作られるパンは、
天然酵母で焼き上げています?
その天然酵母は、リンゴから作るそうです?
リンゴの酵母って初めて聞きました??
お店のロゴがりんご『?』の意味も納得☝️
「リンゴのすっきりとした味わいがパンに伝わるように。」と想いも一緒に練り込んで☺️?
そして、、、
使う水は、地元の天然水?
ミネラル豊富な天然水がパンに旨みをプラス?
店内の写真は禁止だったので、外からパシャリ?
カレーパンや、美味しそうなソーセージが挟んであるパンやサンドイッチ?などを買った後は、かどめ公園で #たつのアートシーン の映画アニメーションを観ながら朝ごはんを??(●´ω｀●)
他にも気になるパン達が並んでたので、
次も買いに行きたいです→♪♪
